What's Under My Skirt?

For the record, this post is not part of the BlogBlast!

I'm quite excited to be going to BlogHer with Suzanne, Super Des and Count Mockula. It seems like I've been looking forward to this forever (alright I have only been blogging since September so forever may be a slight exaggeration). As I've been reading different blogs of people who are going to BlogHer, I have been impressed by everyone's travel preparations. Many people have talked about how they are either packed or are almost finished packing. I have no idea what I'm going to pack for BlogHer (other than my nifty business cards.) Right now my worry is whether or not I have any clean, non-maternity underwear for tomorrow; I haven't even considered whether I have underwear for a couple days from now. On the other hand, if I had done enough laundry for BlogHer, I would probably be raiding my suitcase right now.

So what's under my skirt? My last pair of clean, non-maternity underwear. Fortunately the Big Giraffe assures me that he included at least one pair in the load of wash that he just started running.

A. Elliot's Lesson Learned: Make sure you have enough clean laundry to get to your trip before packing the clean laundry you will need during your trip.

    I definitely need to do laundry, either tomorrow or Thursday morning (which is the least smart way to pack, but also the way I'm most likely to go with).

    This is why everyone in my family owns at least 14 pairs of underwear.

    I am so jealous that you are going! Enjoy and post about it so I can live vicariously.

    I just packed up a subset of the stuff that I packed for my longer trip to Chicago. I'm not bringing nothin' fancy, either.
