I am very honored to have received the Thinking Blogger Award from A Musing Farf. Thank you! While I am honored that you consider me a role model, I think my sons would beg to differ. I'll be sure to save the post for when they're teenagers. This also cracks me up because I feel like most of my parenting adventures occur because I'm not thinking!
Even though I was given this recognition a couple days ago, I decided to wait for a few days to post. I had just done a post regarding a meme, and the creator of this award hates memes. It just seemed appropriate to get a couple of posts between "meme" and "thinking." Then last night I went out for drinks after a moms group meeting, so not too much thinking...
Now I have to list 5 blogs that make me think. Actually all the blogs on my blog roll make me think which is exactly why I like reading them.
Just Thinking: I know she's already been given this award, but I just have to give it to her again because her blog does such a great job bringing attention to many social and environmental issues.Journey to Lindsey and Hedda Dabbler: They both do an amazing job of writing about what really makes a family.Eucalyptus Pillow (who also has already received this) because I really enjoy reading about her experiences as a working mom.And of course CUSS and Other Rants not only because there just are not many bloggers out there who would make a model of themselves out of duct tape and then dress it up in Victoria's Secret underwear to illustrate different feminist issues, but because she has such insightful (and blunt) perspective on the world around her.Labels: Blogging Flexibly |
Now that is a nice meme. You listed some I like and some new ones. I look forward to checking them out.
